This Player Strat is constructed with a hand-shaped solid alder body paired to a maple fingerboard and equipped with a Fender Fat ’50s single-coil set. Built for Comfort

The 22-fret maple fingerboard includes a 9.5" radius for comfortable playability and easy string bends. Plus, a "Modern C"-shaped neck profile makes the limited-edition Player Stratocaster suited for practically any playing style, as well as beginners. Plus, an additional fret on the neck extends the instrument’s musical range.

Fat ’50s Pickups

The trio of expressive Fender Fat '50s Strat single-coil pickups are made with hand-beveled, staggered Alnico V magnets and Formvar magnet wire. Along with 5-way switching, this design delivers an enhanced bass response without a harsh midrange, giving you a more robust range of sounds to select from. The middle pickup is reverse wound/reverse polarity for hum canceling in positions 2 and 4.

Additional Appointments

This Player Stratocaster features a two-point tremolo bridge for smooth whammy action and exciting dive bombs. Chrome die-cast tuners provide reliable stability, and an "F"-stamped neck plate adds a touch of Fender class. To top it all off, a dedicated tone control was added for the bridge pickup, providing more control over your sound in pickup positions one and two.
