Boasting a synergistic blend of slope-shoulder tone and dreadnought power, the Eastman E20SS is a classic example of the venerable workhorse acoustic. This handcrafted slope-shoulder dreadnought flaunts all-solid-wood construction with a Thermo-cured Adirondack spruce top, which is bolstered by rosewood back and sides. Moreover, the E20SS features hand-carved, scalloped "X" bracing for added resonance, volume, and sustain. The E20SS's Traditional Even "C"-shaped neck, which is crowned by a sleek ebony fingerboard, provides ample playability. Beyond that, the E20SS is jam-packed with eye-catching appointments, such as a Truetone gloss finish, classic-style rosette, herringbone binding, pearl and abalone inlays, and a tortoiseshell pickguard. An ebony bridge with a bone saddle and ebony bridge pins put the perfect finishing touches on this excellent handbuilt instrument.
