The Epiphone Inspired by Gibson SG Standard captures the fast feel, aggressive bite and legendary double-cut style that made the SG one of the most iconic rock guitars ever built. Part of Epiphone’s Inspired by Gibson collection, this Guitar is dressed in bold Pelham Blue—a classic Gibson colorway first introduced in the early ’60s and highly prized by collectors today. A lightweight all-mahogany body and glued-in mahogany neck deliver the resonance, sustain and upper-mid punch that define the classic SG sound, while the SlimTaper C neck profile and bound rosewood fingerboard provide smooth, fast playability with effortless upper-fret access. A pair of ProBucker humbuckers rounds out the design with rich vintage-voiced output, dynamic response and cutting midrange presence. Combined with dependable Grover Rotomatic tuners and premium hardware throughout, the SG Standard blends timeless Gibson feel with modern reliability built for today’s players.
